Overall fairly clean property, it had very good staff and rooms. Professionalism from the whole staff. This hotel was in a pretty quiet area right by both the coach station and the tube and a terrific location-next to Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station- and all bus stations. Moreover, it was near Westminster Cathedral.

Highly convenient location, absolutely beautiful staff, comfy beds, good hot breakfast, real value for money. It was nice having mosquito nets and iron/ironing board. Location not far from train station. The pool was excellent and the views were marvellous.

Enthusiastic staff and unbeatable location, this hotel is pretty standard. Well heated & rather spacious unit with even a mini fridge, king sized bed, for example. Simple check-in and flawless customer service.

The room was brand-new and brand-new, the staff was superfriendly. Cool location to an iconic riverside observation wheel. Particularly good view, an little balcony, cozy bed, too. Had plentiful breakfast for usd 27 per person per day.

Amazing location, nice restaurant, brilliant staff and stylish decor. The breakfast had lots of food, like bacon and sausages. Lovely beds, climate control and soundproof windows were a nice touch. A nice beach, pleasant view.

We had the executive king room and it was beautiful. Thanks to waitress, who often helped us. We truly enjoyed air conditioner, ironing facilities and a study table. Service was awesome there...
